Study of electronic administrative public services (e-services) in 30 localities of the Republic of Moldova

IDU conducted a study of electronic administrative public services (e-services) in 30 localities of the Republic of Moldova, under the Joint Integrated Local Development Programme (JILDP) implemented by UNDP. The study assessed the level of digitalisation of public services, identified good practices, and formulated recommendations for expanding e-governance at the local level.
